Very unprofessional. Prior to dropping off my dog, I had advised, in detail, of his health condition, and that he required a (provided) wheelchair, that he needed help both standing up and with taking drinks. Rebecca acknowledged these details and the instructions. All of the instructions went unheeded as within minutes of dropping him off, I received panicked messages that my dog couldn’t stand up, and that she did not know what to do! Rebecca wanted to cancel the appointment after just couple of hours! I was forced to go back to retrieve my dog couple of hours early; I was at work, and could not get away— which is why I had hired a sitter in the first place. When I picked my dog up from Rebecca his wheelchair’s settings had been played with (did she try to fit my dog’s chair for another dog?!) and had to be recalibrated. Also, judging by how thirsty we was when I got home, he probably was not given water! Very disappointed, frustrated, and I will not be using Rebecca services again, I think that she needs to remove from her profile that she has experience with senior dogs, to me is obvious that this is not true.

Rebecca was a great dog walker today! She was flexible in scheduling, communicative, sent a picture during the walk and texted me updates. Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. Will use her services again!
