I got my first dog when I was 12 years old and was overjoyed! My collie, Rocky, passed away a few years ago after a long life of 16 years! When I used to visit my mom, I would spend the majority of my time snuggling with my "puppy" and my cat and making sure they were as happy as can be. I will do the same for your pets, there's no doubt about it! For your dogs, I will feed them and walk them according to your rules and will play with them to keep them energized while you are away. For any other pets you may have, I'll do the same - I enjoy all animals and will be sure to take care of them all. As far as your house - you can expect me to keep things clean and tidy. I don't mind doing some light housekeeping either. I've cared for animals for as long as I can remember - both my own and not my own. My own dog required senior attention and different medications throughout the day. I've cared for dogs that require going on jogs, playing lots of fetch, or that need to take things nice and slow. Same for cats - playful, shy, or cuddly? I’m in. Why I love pet sitting My first memory of loving animals dates back to when I was a young child. My grandparents had an Akita named Theo and we became buddies as soon as I could walk. Since then, my grandparents have had two other Akitas (Iceman and Rainier) and a very mixed (and naughty) dog named Mogul and now a rescue pup. I loved each and everyone one of them and believe they are the ones that grew my love for animals. When I got my Rocky-boy in 2003, I was overjoyed and he was my loyal companion. I also own two rescue kitties, Eggie and Damien. They both have such different personalities end it has been fun seeing their different personalities develop the longer I have them. My experience administering medication Yes - my dog took four (yes, four!) different medications throughout the day for thyroid, anxiety, arthritis, etc. because he was senior dog.
