Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs on and off for years for neighbors and family. I grew up with a dog and for the last 3 years have been raising my own. I regularly watch my parents dog and help my brother’s family with their 3 dogs. This included feeding, playing, walking, cleaning up their messes, and more.

If I am walking your dog, I will be swift and efficient in your home. The purpose is to get your dog out for some exercise, enrichment, and a bathroom break so there is little to no reason to linger in the home. Post walk depending on what is agreed upon and your requests we may have to wipe some dirty paws before I leave. For drop ins, once again the focus is your dog. I respect others homes and aim to make it like I was almost never there.

A typical day
I walk my dog multiple times a day. This can include going to my local dog park, strolling the neighborhood, going to a park, or to one of the walking/biking paths in the area. When we cannot get out for a long walk due to my schedule or the weather, I try to set up enrichment meal times where I present her food in a variety of fun ways like a snuffle mat, a training session, etc.

Availability
My work schedule allows me to be available most mornings until 10:30/11am. This allows me to offer consistent morning walk times for your convenience. Any deviations from this will be kept up to date in my availability calendar. My days off are also regulated so drop in schedules are consistent. My deviations will always be reflected in my calendar.
