Hello! I’m Rebecca and welcome to my Rover page. So this new year I’ve decided to change my rover page up a little bit. I’ve noticed last year the increase of people looking for a sitter that can only host their dog. So, I’ve decided to house dogs that are within the same family and not dogs from separate family. This means that if you decide to book with me your dog will be the only dog boarding with us. (Sidenote: I do have one or two regulars that come back so I will ask you if it’s okay if my regulars can board with your dog/s) A few things I will need to know about your dog/s: - I much prefer if your dog is crate trained only because I can’t watch them when I’m away from the house or when I’m sleeping. If your dog is not crate trained I would be okay with it but they must be house trained and not a chewer. -your dog/s MUST be okay with children under the age of 7. - your dog/s must get along with my dogs and cats. My dogs are very hyper themselves and love playmates. My golden retriever is a little over a year old so she still had that puppy energy. For meet and greets: - I can only do them before 1130am and after 3pm during the week. -on the weekends I can do them any time if I’m not working. I will have to let you know my schedule for the weekend. During boarding: -I do take photos but sometimes I forget to send them so please don’t be afraid to remind me to send them. I’ll be happy to send all the ones I took plus new ones. - I usually get up between the hours of 7 and 8. I let the dogs out then I bring them in to be fed. I usually let them roam throughout the house and outside throughout the day. I feed my boarders around 5pm. Bed time is usually 9-10 which is the last time I let them out. -I do take them for walks if it’s not too cold or not too hot outside. -if I’m not home, because I do work a part time job, my husband is home. Please let me know if you have any questions! Also, we are a military family so I definitely understand all the underway and deployment schedules.
