Hi, I'm Rebecca! I am currently an animal rescue volunteer who has spent my entire life around animals. I have experience with large dogs such as Rottweilers, German Shepherds Mastiffs and Bulldogs, as well as experience with exotics such as rabbits, large parrots, sugar gliders, and farm animals. My own girl is a 3-year old American Bulldog mix- she's a rescue, of course! My fellow volunteer workers often praise me for making a connection with the shyest or most aggressive rescues. I am comfortable administering medication and hand feeding most animals. Additionally, I know about the kind of special love and gentle care a senior dog needs- my childhood beagle is seventeen years old and often needs help getting down the stairs. I love long walks through the West Hartford area and have the energy to take any size pup along with me! I am available 7 days a week with a very flexible schedule.
