DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITTER. My family and I booked with Raya several weeks prior to a weeklong trip out of town. We were nervous about leaving our dog, a goldendoodle named Dewey, with a stranger because we had never done so before, but Raya’s reviews were glowing and she seemed friendly and responsible when my wife spoke with her. (An early red flag was that she took a long time responding to messages, but eventually she replied.) The night before we were scheduled to leave our dog with Raya, we confirmed the time and location with her. The next morning, however, we went to her apartment gate to drop Dewey off and Raya was not there. Over the next hour, we texted and called her phone repeatedly but there was no response. We called Rover support and they, too, were unable to reach her after several attempts. We had no backup plan and were supposed to be at the airport by noon. Because we had no other last-minute options, we ended up having to leave our dog at the same boarding facility where he had gotten very sick during a previous stay. Rover gave us a full refund but we nearly missed our flight. All this happened ten days ago, and we still haven’t gotten a single reply from Raya explaining what happened, much less an apology. In our experience, this sitter is NOT dependable. If you want to avoid going through a similar situation, do yourself a favor and book with another sitter, even if they are more expensive. We certainly wish we had gone with someone else.

Raya is so sweet! She took great care of my pup and sent updates when I was out of town missing her! Will definitely book again!
