I have a very loving approach and speak to them with the utilization of hand gesture, tone, posture and positive reinforcement with firmness and a warm overall experience.I have had many pets in my 40 years of pet ownership and can ease any tension with great skill. My goal is to provide the pets with a natural and fun experience while under strong supervision when in the company of any other pet. I want the parents to feel as though they just dropped them off with fun but responsible Uncle Ray for a great experience!

We recently had the pleasure of having Ray look after our fur baby, Roxy, while we were out of town. From the outset, Ray was incredibly communicative, ensuring that we were kept in the loop about Roxy’s well-being. It’s clear from the updates that Ray not only provided exceptional care but also showered Roxy with love and attention. Highly recommend!
We were traveling to Chattanooga for a few days and found Rover.com on a search for Doggy Day Care. Ray had such WONDERFUL reviews we asked for him. We have NEVER used any kind of service other than groomer and vet. Ray was VERY helpful at getting things set up. Our Fur children did SUPER with Ray. Bama and Missy are 15 years old and Sweetheart is 6… they are usually not happy being left anywhere… they went in at Ray’s and were calm when we picked them up. The next day they went right in like they owned the place! Ray was kind enough to send me a picture of them while we were out. It was nice while we were out sightseeing, they were safe and being cared for. Highly recommend! Thank you again Ray!!
