I love dogs and they love me. I have been around dogs all my life. I have no problem getting silly with your little furry family friend. I have no problem crawling on the floor playing ball, fetch, or just hanging out with them. I have personal experience with young and senior dogs. A few years ago, I use to volunteer at the Salem County Humane Society (a no kill animal shelter). I would feed them and clean their living areas starting with their beds, making sure they had water, let them outside for a walk and play in the yard and finally feeding them. I have had success in dealing with dogs who have gone through trauma in their early lives. Dogs are awesome!
