Pet care experience
I have been around dogs all my life and I love all animals! The day typically starts with a long walk in nature with Oscar, usually about 30-45 minutes depending on the weather (Oscar is getting up there in age, so we unfortunately can’t go for as long as we used to!). We frequently go to Weston Reservoir, Old Cold Springs Park, Cutler Reservation, and Prospect Hill. Oscar is 10 years old and I've had him since he was a puppy. He loves other dogs just as much as I do. I live in a spacious house with a large back yard in the northern suburbs of Waltham, and one block away from Lazzaro Park for easy convenient evening walks. I've decided to join Rover as a way to help my fellow dog owners, as I have the space, time and energy to share deserving love with dogs in need of company. I use Rover myself and have always had great experiences, so I've figured it's my turn to help!

After almost 2 years, for the first time Chester went to stay with a sitter and we could not have had a better experience. From the flexibility of scheduling, sharing pictures and keeping Chester happy, Rawley and Oscar did a great job. Thanks !!

Rawley and his pup Oscar took really great care of Milo! Rawley was flexible with me having to adjust my pick up time and helped administer Milos meds without any issues. Will definitely have him watch Milo again.
My labradoodle Bruce had a terrific stay with Rawley and his sweet dog Oscar. Rawley sent pictures every day with updates about my dog; furthermore, I found him to be extremely communicative, flexible, and responsive about our meet and greet, the drop off and pick up time, etc. He obviously really enjoys the company of animals, and never overbooks, so he can give “his” dogs the time and attention they need. I recommend him very highly.

Spacious house with lots of couch cushions and a big “bean bag” chair. A good sized back yard that is NOT fenced in. Dog beds go next to the human bed overnight.
