I grew up with animals since I was 3. We have had dogs of all shapes and sizes. I was responsible even as a child and trusted to watch family pets. I have recently watched my sister and mother’s labradoodles as well as my sister’s bird. I have, perhaps, been known to have too big of a heart and pick up every stray dog on the side of the road and keep them safe and happy until I get them to their owners. I currently have a rescued boxer mix and she is the light of my life (aside from my two kids of course). She is very well behaved and never aggressive towards other dogs. I’m pretty sure her main goal in life is to cuddle and nap as much as possible in a day. She has been very well trained by my self and if you need me to reinforce any trainings, I’m more than happy to help. My two children are third and fourth graders and have been raised with animals as well and pride themselves as responsible care takers for my dog as well as family members dogs and don’t shy from helping when needed as well as offering friendship and patience. My life goal is to open a sanctuary and adoption center for animals that are at risk in kill shelters. Be prepared to have you animal loved, played with, nurtured, and pampered. If you are boarding with me, your baby will feel as if he/she is also on vacation at our mountain retreat.
