I would not use again. Communication seemed to be driven more about getting to know me than do the job that they were hired to do. I had to have a neighbor show him where I left the key, so that was upsetting as I was in another state. Other directions weren’t followed and personal items were left (nail clippers on living room table, hat in my bedroom closet and slippers in my hall closet) so I still have to interact even after the job is completed. My neighbors provided more pics and updates on the feral colony that they fed for me while I was away. I received two pictures after midnight the first night, and no pics after that. (I was gone Wed morning until Sunday night) One (the bolder of the two) was under an ottoman and the other shy boy looked like a deer in the headlights. That leads me to believe cats weren’t comfortable otherwise why not send pics of you snuggling? My cats have been bottle raised so they are not typical shy cats, they are super people oriented. I came home at 12:30 am, and he was supposed to leave after the 7:30 pm feeding. Water was low (300 ml bowl had 100) and both dishes you could clearly see the bottom. Maybe my cats were uncomfortable and thus were ravenous for the 5 hours they were alone and that would explain the dish situation. My male (the bigger cuddle bug and definitely more people oriented) was hiding under my bed and did not come out right away when I came home. Normal MO is both are waiting at the door when they hear the key. I’ve had them around neighbors who all remark how friendly they are. They will follow a housecleaner around and talk to them the whole time. Something was definitely off. My fault I should’ve never left them without an introduction first.
