Pet care experience
Pup-Walk Dog Service is available to dogs within a general eight-mile radius of Kinnelon, NJ. Services include walking, feeding or guiding pets -- and/or their human counterparts -- in training or behavioral modification. I am an experienced dog handler with a strong rapport with canines, and I have been working with dogs as well as being an activist on behalf of animals for over 20 years. My dog Tyler is one of the best friends I've ever had, so I wholly understand that pets really are family. Each dog will always be treated with kindness, sensitivity, and force-free, positive reinforcement. The goal is to both stimulate them mentally as well as physically in the time available and make sure they have fun. I am available Monday through Friday, (roughly) 8:15 am to 4:30 pm for half-hour or one-hour training sessions or walks (depending on time and general availability) with additional services provided in that time frame. Randy has been walking our black lab Rory for several months now. We were in a bit of a bind when we had to go back to work after businesses began to reopen and we are SO fortunate to have found Pup-walk and Randy (who was referred to us by good friends of ours). Rory can be very timid around men and she IMMEDIATELY felt comfortable and happy when she met Randy. She also has a tremendous amount of energy and we were having difficulty with the amount of pulling she was doing. Two weeks with Randy and it was like a completely different pup at the end of the leash! We cannot say enough good things about Randy. He’s kind, punctual, informative and friendly. His prices are beyond fair and the quality and attention he gives to Rory when he’s with her is unparalleled! We are BEYOND happy with Pup-walk and highly recommend Randy for walking and training!
Randy has been walking our pup for a few months now and we couldn’t be happier. Our dog is a bit of a handful when it comes to walking, as he tends to pull quite a bit. I can’t begin to explain the amount of progress he has made in such a short couple of months. Randy is compassionate, professional, and an all-around great person. He is extremely informative and always explains something to us whenever we have questions about our pup. I highly recommend Randy to anyone in need of a dog walker/trainer.
Randy does phenomenal job taking care of our two dogs. He is attentive, concerned and timely. One of our dogs has some behavioral issues, where many other dog walkers would not take on our Dante, Randy has been especially patient and flexible using trial an error to come up with a solution to make it work never giving up. Dante has improved we can’t be more thrilled with Randy’s services. We highly recommend Randy!
Randy has been caring for our Saint Bernard, Lily since she was about 3 months old. He started with some training lessons with us and then began walking her several days a week while we were at work. She is now a little over one year, is 145 pounds and she loves when Randy comes. Randy is very professional, kind and shows so much love to our puppy. With all of his knowledge about dogs, he also gives us helpful tips when we are having a health or behavioral issue with Lily. I would highly recommend using Randy if you want to know your dog is in good hands.

As Pup-Walk Dog Service is a full-time, Monday-through Friday business, my days are spent either training or walking dogs in either one-hour or half-hour sessions.
