Restless Paws- Play more, rest less I am hands on, home all day and engage with your pup, not just leave it to vedge on the couch. I cater to the temperament and activity level of your dog. Special needs and puppies welcome. Aggressive or temperamental dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and may require additional fees to ensure the safety of all involved. I am comfortable with working breed dogs (Belgian Malinois, Border Collies, Shepherds) sight/bird dogs (Viszla, Hounds, Retrievers) even lap dogs! I am active and can make sure they get their daily dose of exercise. And certainly their daily over dose of snuggles! (Not currently available) -- Over night boarding includes 2 days of doggy daycare. If your pup will be staying less than 24 hours, please let me know and it is possible to adjust the fee. I will provide your pet with excellent company and provide the daily routine they are accustom to. This care and attention doesn't end at 5pm, it carries over for the total experience when boarding. I stay with my guests in a custom climate controlled 25ft "Dog House" where they have their choice of sleeping arrangements. They can sleep on the bed, which usually means taking over the bed, with me. There is a super comfy couch some choose to sack out on. Some go for the bunk bed experience and sleep under the bed in the super secret special fort. Just as much love, attention and effort happens after dark as it does during the daytime. We even take midnight potty breaks. I love being able to be flexible and take last minute requests for both daycare and boarding however there will be a $10 fee added but is negotiable under the right circumstances. Why I love dog sitting. There is just something special about having an animal put their trust and companionship in you. I have spent many years studying animal behavior and the bond between human and canine. I have researched the benefits dogs have on human lives helping us recover from injury, physical and mental, helping us learn and, I believe, help us become better people. Thank you.
