Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. In addition to caring for neighborhood pets as well as my own, I’ve also worked at a vet’s office doing kennel work for about half a year. I’ve done drop in visits for multiple people in the past as well as walk dogs for friends. I love animals, specifically cats and dogs. I connect best with cats and kittens, but I’ve become a dog person also in the last few years.

We've used her multiple times when going out of town and she always takes such AMAZING care of our cats. It's apparent she genuinely cares about them. She is so sweet and I trust her to take care of my babies!

Before time for the owners to leave, I like to have a list of the duties that I am expected to do just so I am on the same page as the owners. I send daily updates and pictures of pets (unless there’s a stranger-shy cat). I treat all pets as though they are my own. Walking dogs is a common past time for me. I’ve always done it for fun. Before walking any dogs, I’d like to know any triggers your dog has and preferred walking areas.

I’d like to know anything you feel is important about your dog. Allergies, medicines, conditions, anything I might encounter during my time taking care of your dog. I’d also love to know your dogs favorite treats or games to play. My main priority is keeping your dog happy while you are away. A diet is also nice to know so I don’t overfeed due to puppy eyes.
A typical day
I love any dog games, be it hide and seek, tug of war, fetch or so on. If your dog enjoys certain games more than others, please let me know! For walks, I go anywhere public for the most part like the Byram Parkway. If you have specifics as far as walks go (whether or not I need to walk them) please let me know ahead of time!

Availability
With my current job, I have some weeks that I’m super busy and other weeks that I’m not. I’m happy to work with owners to find the best schedule for them that works well with my job. I’m as flexible as can be, so communication is key with me. I want to make sure your pet is well cared for.
