I am an active mom of two kids in Ridgway, Colorado. I grew up with every kind of pet imaginable: dogs, cats, horses, ferrets, gerbils, lizards, frogs, fish, turtles, mice, birds, etc. I earned a B.A. in Psychology from Colorado College in 1994. Post-college, I worked as a Wrangler on a ranch in SW Colorado. My work included caring for horses and guiding trail rides. My main work experience is teaching and guiding children and adults in the outdoors. I worked for Outward Bound in the U.S. and internationally for 10 years and started an international guiding business in 2005 leading adventures and treks in Asia and South America. I was an EMT for 22 years. More recently I managed rental properties. I speak Spanish and Nepali and love hiking, biking, skiing, yoga, camping, travel and simply being in the outdoors. I am a registered volunteer at the Second Chance Animal shelter in Ridgway. I am responsible, reliable and compassionate. I would love to walk and care for your doggos when you cannot!
