Keep detailed information on important information of clients dog. Ensure client satisfaction through timely and efficient care. Also includes any special instructions that the dog needs such as giving medication oral or topical. I ensure the not only does the owner feel secure but the pet as well in my care. If owner request me too I provide positive training techniques and I educate clients about pet behavior and care. I keep owner updated on any issues they may arise if any.
