Ok so Rain walked our Neo for a few weeks. While she is a nice person she can be very unreliable. She came one day and said she knocked and rang the bell but no one opened the door. Even though my mom is a light sleeper but we still paid her for the day. Then one time she came and stood infront of the door and didn’t ring or knock and just left saying she will come back later. We have video proof of this. Then she started making up that she wasn’t feeling well and stopped coming for a few days. Then all of a sudden she had issues with our timing and she dropped us not even a couple of days of grace period that can help us look for someone new and that is very inconsiderate of her. We recently messaged her to see if we can possibly work the situation out but NO ANSWER. If you are looking to get services that are reliable and long term please avoid her. She is passive aggressive and unreliable.

Rocky loved spending time with Rain. She was very easy to communicate with and was very caring and attentive. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
