Rai was professional, prompt, polite, and above all absolutely loving towards our puppos and cared about what our own needs were as well! She watched our 3 fur babies for the weekend and took care of them beautifully with one of them needing to take her medication administered every day! She fed them, made sure they went potty and spent time with them, ensuring their happiness. She sent us photos daily which helped to put our hearts at ease but honestly, with the pre-meet we could already tell that they were all going to be well taken care of which they all were! We came home to happy, non-anxious, peaceful puppos. They were waiting for us at the gate but not dying to see us which made it even more evident that they enjoyed their time with Rai! Also, our home was BETTER than when we left it! It was cleaned, things were put away, bedding laundered, puppo potty cleaned up, just WOW! We were NOT expecting that at all and it was a pleasant surprise considering we have more family to host in our home same day that we came home! The cleaning helped us to save time a lot and was just so considerate! From pre-beginning to post end of her time at our home with our puppoms, she has gone above and beyond and cared for my furfamily and us through and through! I wish I couldn't recommend her so I can keep her for my family LOL!! But I MUST to recommend her because she is AMAZING and it would be a disservice to our community! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been as it is my and my husband's first time using Rover! We are so very thankful it was with Rai! We can now go on trips that we weren't able to go on before and we can't wait to have her take care of the Pups again!

Rai is Great! She communicates regularly and takes good care of the doggos and our home.
