Pet care experience
My name is Raelyn, and I"m a 28 year old who has been a dog lover and owner since I was basically born! I have been raised around dogs since I was 8 years old, owning about 7 dogs in my life. I raised several puppies from Labrador Retrievers to Jack Russells. This gave me experience in potty training, basic command training, and how to care for the needs of a puppy. I also have volunteered several times at the Humane Society to walk and care for the dogs at the shelter. I would be so excited to watch over your dog and provide excellent care because I know they are part of the family. I also use Rover for my own fur baby so I understand how scary it can be to leave your dog with someone new. I will be sure to provide constant updates of your pup. Living walkable distance to Coronado Dog Beach provides me with a great place to walk and exercise your dog. I also frequent Fiesta Island with my own sweet pup and would be happy to have another tag along😊

I live in an apartment, but again am able to exercise your dog several times a day if they stay with me. I also am free before and after work to drop by and walk/care for your pup. Weekends I am free! I have a 35lb mixed lab at home who loves to have playmates but also understands to give space when needed 😊

I have no breed preferences! I have owned several different breeds myself. Just inform me if there is anything in particular that scares your dog, or anything I need to watch out for. Let's face it dogs are like children and have specific personalities so just let me know if there is anything I need to watch out for.
A typical day
Walks in sunshine, mental stimulation games (snuffle rugs, toys, and training if needed), and trips to the beach! If allowed and safe for your dog and others happy to take to off leash parks.

Availability
I work full-time but my partner is a stay at home dad with our dog. I also would be able to walk your pup before work and a long walk after I’m home for the day. Weekends I am totally free and spend time at a dog beach or go for several long walks😊
