Pet care experience
I adore and was raised with large-breed dogs, and they hold a special place in my heart. I have cared for dogs of every size, and I've also cared for kitties (and I've owned two). I love both equally. Walking is one of my favorite hobbies (I walk at least a mile a day on my own), so I love having a canine companion along for the journey. Animals have always been a deep passion of mine, and I even grew up with rabbits, rats, mice, pythons, hamsters, guinea pigs, and horses.

RaeAnne was warm and engaging. Our two Dobermans took to her readily. This was NOT her first rodeo and we would trust her implicitly with our furry children. She took excellent care of them in our absence. We got tons of updates, pictures, and videos while we were gone so we never felt disconnected from our girls. She was on time, professional, paid attention to details and asked questions to ensure she could provide the best care for our pups. We came home to two happy dogs. Thank you so much RaeAnne, you are our go to sitter for our girls!
Raeanne has the kindest, gentlest heart for animals! She took amazing care of our senior kitty while we were away, giving him medications, making sure he was eating, and keeping us posted regularly. I’m so happy we found her and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a loving companion for their pet.

RaeAnne stayed overnight with our dog Sophie and kept her safe and happy. We received lots of pictures and effortless communication, and ultimately came home to a joyful pup and clean house. Sophie would love to invite RaeAnne over again any time.

If there's anything in particular that your pet loves, that's always the first thing I want to know! I also always need a full, detailed list of allergies, behaviors (good and unusual!), emergency contacts (owners, friends/family, vet, etc.). I always just love to know an animal's temperament and what they enjoy before seeing them in person. I want your fuzzball to feel like I'm on their team from the moment I meet them.
A typical day
I absolutely love walking. Nature trails are a particular favorite of mine, and each time I go out with a canine friend, I like to find a new hiking area. Truly, though, anywhere can be a fantastic adventure with dogs—it’s not where you are; it’s whom you’re with! (And intriguing scents are everywhere!) I love talking and singing with and around animals. I like experimenting to see which sounds they like and what excites them. Wrestling, cuddling, running—I just love being with pack mates! Obviously, playing with toys is essential...as well as my lap for an after-walk nap.
