Reviews
Lulu LOVES to go to Rae’s
Rae and her husband took such good care of our pup. When we made a mistake in our booking, they rolled with the inconvenience. Rae is a consummate professional: prompt on communication, flexible but organized, and just as importantly, an expert of canine care.
We had a wonderful experience with Rae and her family. Our 2 dogs were boarded with them for almost a week, got grooming, & spoiled and pampered. We didn’t worry a second about them. We also didn’t have the opportunity to pre-plan this boarding so it was very very last minute and she graciously accepted us! So happy to have a place for the ruffians for next time.
Rae is awesome and set my mind at ease. She has a way with animals.

A typical day
A TYPICAL DAY Pets in our home take precedence. First thing in the morning is a potty break, then treats and cuddles while I drink my coffee. Depending on the weather, we will probably stay outside for some exercise around the property or take an adventure in the car (Pup Cups for everyone!). If time allows - we try to hit a trail, the river, or even to my mom's house - she has a literal fenced dog park. After adventures - we come home and clean up, get brushed, wiped down, and treats/snacks. Then it's hanging out time while house work gets done; normally dog TV is playing in the living room. Potty breaks continue about every 2 to 3 hours and we accommodate everyone's varying feeding schedules/meds until pick up. If time allows, we may even make homemade treats! If I am walking or caring for dogs at your home, we do work to find a fun adventure and entertainment for your pup. A tired dog, is a good dog. For cats - we will hang out and give them the attention they want or don't - its up to them. All others - we will tailor to their needs. I am also happy to do equine exercise via lunging or riding if needed. FLEA CHECKS Please note flea checks are done for dogs at my home and a cost to remedy may be charged. TEAM Our team includes myself, my 16 year old daughter, and my husband. My mother also offers her dog fenced acre as our special private dog park when we want to take an adventure. However, I handle most all clients directly. I do work part time at a Veterinary Office as a receptionist - our team fills in when I have a shift.
