I am a full time firefighter working 2 days on and 4 days off. If I am not home my wife is. I am the primary caregiver for the fur babies but if you need days while I am at work my wife also is here to help out.

I have 6.5 acres and tons of room to exercise and then come inside to chill. I have 2 dogs to keep you fur babies company or they can be separated if your dog isn’t super fond of socializing. Plenty of room to facilitate your dogs needs safely.

I love ALL dogs! I would love to know the dogs age, breed, weight and special requirement (if any) specific for taking care of him or her. We can always schedule a meet and greet if you’d like.
A typical day
Exercise: Walks, hikes, dog parks and other forms of exercise are always embraced! Tell me your pets favorite exercise activity and that's what we will do. Your dog's sleeping arrangement: Where ever he or she is most comfortable. The goal is to have your dog as comfortable as possible, so you let me know what he or she will want. We have several rooms in the house so if they need their space we can set up an area in their own room for quiet time.

My name is Rae and I love ALL animals. I am a certified EMT and firefighter, certified in CPR and very knowledgeable when it comes to pet cpr, health and nutrition. Leave your pet with me and have peace of mind that they will have a safe stay and the best time while you are away. I live in Lake George (Park County). I have a large house and 6.5 acres to share with your fur baby. You can either drop off and pick up or I can facilitate that for overnight stays. If your fur baby has preferred activities, schedule, or special needs just let me know we can stay consistent while they are at their home away from home. I have experience with special needs to include: handicap, dogs with wheels, comfort for seniors, medication administration, special diets, etc. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. In the mean time… CAN I PET YOUR DOG!!! Why I love dog sitting: I grew up with dogs and volunteered with several dog and farm animal related organizations. I believe dogs have the most pure souls. Each of them are unique and lovable in their own way. Meet my pets: Moose is a 5 year old, 115 pound, Saint Bernard. He is a registered service dog, originally from Colorado. I fell in love the first time I saw him at 10 weeks old. He is the biggest hearted, lovable dope you’ll ever met, he changed my world drastically and ever since he has been my big baby, doing literally everything with me. He loves laying on the beach, going to the gym, camping and hiking. Moose has live in 4 different states with me. Of course he thinks he is a big ole lap dog and yes he hogs 3/4 of the bed but that’s just all the more to love about him. He is a very mellow dog but if we go to the dog park he is all about those friends, running and wrestling until he is all tuckered out. Moose is the chillest guy with any and all animals and people. Moose has been the only child for several years... until this year, now he has a little brother. Winston is the newest addition to our family. He is a 12 pound, 5 month old French Bulldog. He is quite the opposite in size and energy. He loves his big bro and has come to be Moose’s shadow. Anywhere Moose goes Winston has to follow. Constantly cuddling by his belly. He is a little spunky guy with no fear. Not sure that he will ever outgrow his puppy personality, at least I hope not. He loves running around with dogs of all ages and sizes, riding his skateboard in the beautiful weather and even cuddling under the covers when it gets a little burr. About my yard: We are tiny home living. We purchased an RV this year and moved into and gated RV resort. I built a doggy proof 4 foot picket fence around our lot and we have a dog park right next door. Literally maybe 30 steps away. Tons of room for dog play, fetch, soccer or anything else your dog enjoys doing. Dogs sleep inside always!

This was our first time using this website. I was terrified to leave my dog with anyone or at a kennel. We found Rae's profile and instantly got a great feeling after reading other reviews. Our meet and great went well and we were excited with the feeling that our precious Herc would be well taken care of. We dropped him off and went out of town. Rae sent us several updates and pictures to keep us at ease. Herc seemed very happy and had the same comforts that he has at home. We got back into town and Herc was very happy as usual. I could not be happier with the service and love Rae gave for our dog. We will always use her in the future when we go out of town. Thank you a million times over!!! :)
Rae was really great. Super accommodating. My pets were happy and healthy when my trip was over. Will definitely be using her pet sitting services again!
