We are a husband and wife duo working together to care for your dog when business or fun calls. We believe all dogs deserve to live their best life while they are here with us. We will love your dog and care for them the way you would. We both have nontraditional careers will the flexibility to allow us to work with Rover. There is a good chance at any given time at least one of us is at home. A little about us. We are a 40 something couple of more than seven years with no children and three small rescue dogs of our own. We are both Portland natives and grateful to be recent first time home buyers in the cool Foster Powell Neighborhood. When we are not working we enjoy gardening, listening to vinyl records, watching our Portland Trailblazers and Seattle Mariners play, working on projects around our house and creating art. There is nothing wrong with a nice tv binge watching session on the couch surrounded by dogs! We like to travel a few times a year, usually to see a concert somewhere. We are both very responsible human beings who are detailed orientated and are aware of other people, our surroundings and place. We are trustworthy and display good judgement and problem solving skills when needed. We have both completed a dog first aid and CPR course. We are hoping to develop long lasting relationships with our clients. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know your dog and to provide loving care for them. We use clicker training with our own dogs and reward based treats. We do require that your dog be current on vaccinations, flea preventative and have a current license that is displayed on their collar/harness.
