Rachel is amazing! My dog Bean is a 10-year old Pomeranian with eye and stomach issues (requiring daily medicine) so I am always nervous to leave her with someone new. When my usual dog sitter wasn't available during an 11-day trip to Portugal, I was very nervous to leave Bean for so long and be so far away. From my meet and greet with Rachel, my fears went away. Bean ran right up to her and it was like they were best friends! Over the 11-days Rachel stayed at my apartment with Bean she regularly sent me pictures and text updates and was always very responsive. When Bean didn't eat for the first three days (not uncommon with her), Rachel made her favorite food - a baked sweet potato! Not many people will cook for your dog, leave your apartment cleaner than it was when you left and give your dog daily eye drops. Cannot recommend Rachel enough! Your pet will be in great hands.

Excellent, exceptional, fantastic...all positive. One of our dogs needs pills daily so I was worried. But Rachel quickly put those fears to bed with great communication and obvious experience with dogs. We received pictures and the apartment was cleaner than when we left. I appreciated her reliability and definitely try to book her again.
