Pet care experience
I have 10+ years of experience pet sitting and many more years with dogs. Both my husband and I grew up with pets, we recently lost our dog of 13 years, and we've provided foster care for both dogs and cats. I've cared for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with special medical needs, and all types in between. I am also experienced with anxious and fearful dogs, and know that they often require additional care and attention. I understand that leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, and I'm happy to send daily pictures and updates. Please let me know about your dogs special quirks and anything I can do to make them relaxed and comfortable while you're away. We have pet supplies here, but you are more than welcome to bring your own bed, toys, food dishes, etc.
A typical day
On-leash walks in neighborhoods and parks around Mariemont. We typically take a 30-min walk in the morning and 30-min walk in the evening. We also do some toy playing and fetching throughout the day and will let them outside for the bathroom every few hours (or anytime they ask to go out). If we have your dog over a weekend, we'll be happy to take them on a longer hike.

Availability
Both my husband and I work from home, so your pup won't be alone often. If we do need to leave the house, we can either take your pup along or leave them in a safe place in the house for a short time alone. We enjoy taking several walks throughout the day and prefer having a dog along for them :)
