Hey! My name is Rachel and I graduated from the University of Virginia this past May. I am currently working as a nurse at Medstar Georgetown University hospital. Im a long time Cat owner, but I love dogs. I’ve been obsessed with animals since I was little, and would love to hang out with your dog! I have lots of experience caring for pets, and used to walk dogs growing up. I have a flexible schedule due to nursing, so I often have days off during the week. Although I may not have a regular schedule, I would love to work out days where I can drop in/take your dog out, and my weekday availability allows me to check up on you’re dog when you may be at work!

Rachel loves animals and is a kind and responsible person to those she cares about. Licensed in the medical field, she will be prepared in the case of an emergency. As an avid runner, she is athletic enough to handle any size/type of dog for however long they may want to exercise. She is compassionate toward four-legged friends and would be a great asset to the Rover team.
As any dog owner will tell you, key characteristics you should possess are dependability and a caring person. Rachel has both of these traits in great abundance. Now my dog, Teddy will tell you that's all nice, but it's really important to be fun, give belly rubs and a treat now again wouldn't hurt! That's why Rachel is Teddy's favorite person to hang out with when his people are away.
