I am comfortable administering medications-no extra cost to do this. I advocate routine and think it's vital to the well-being of our dogs; whether the routine include meal time, bed time, walks, potty breaks, etc. I know how important it is to have someone caring for your pup(s) on a regular basis when you can't be home. I can also relate to the anxiety of finding that 'special someone' to come into your home and care for your beloved animal. Rest assured your pet will be incredibly well cared for while in my care. I grew up with a dog in the house and I've had the privilege (I do believe being a pet owner is a privilege :) of rescuing two dogs; a Shih-Tzu/Maltese mix named A.J. and a Shih-Tzu/Tibetan Spaniel mix named Remy. Rachel was great...would definitely use her again. She checked in with us twice a day to let us know how he was doing. She also sent us pictures. Kirby really seemed at home with Rachel and that was important to us. Kirby is old and we were worried that he would be unhappy but we were pleasantly surprised that he fit in her home fairly quickly.
Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of my dog Vinny. I trust her. She is patient. Her house is clean. She is knowledgable about doggie first aide.. just in case!! She was able to take him on many walks and best of all I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about my dog. Thank you Rachel!
This is our first time using a dog sitter, and it could not have gone any better. Rachel is very responsible and made us feel very comfortable about leaving our dog with her for three nights. She sent us updates every morning and evening, and included pictures. Next time we are in need of a sitter, Rachel will be our first choice to take care of our dog. I highly recommend her!
