Pet care experience
I have grown up around animals and have been an animal lover since I was born! I was an avid enthusiast of animal planet and volunteering at local humane societies and Petsmarts when I was younger. I spent my high school years pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends through my small business, Aggie on Call! I am a civil engineering graduate from Texas A&M University with a full-time love for animals. I would love to have the opportunity to get to know you and your beloved pet(s)!

Rachel’s kindness, patience and genuine love for dogs make her the perfect match for our shy little girl, Sky. Having her as Sky’s dog walker for the past week has been absolute pleasure and we couldn’t be more satisfied! She showed exceptional understanding of Sky’s shyness, giving her the necessary space and time to establish trust. Rachel took time to play with her, rewarded her with treats and made sure Sky had everything she needed! What really sets Rachel apart is excellent communication. She is incredibly responsive, before, during and after her visits, always keeping us updated! I particularly appreciate the detailed feedback in her rover cards with lots of photos! With my own dog I do not allow eating from the table or any human food—I make sure to stick to the pet’s food only and do not leave anything out on tables or counters that may be snatched. I refresh and clean the water bowl once a day. I would also follow any rules you have for your pets, whether it’s not allowing them on the furniture, wiping paws after a walk, etc.

If your pet has any dietary needs, health problems, or likes/dislikes (favorite toys, treats, etc.). It would be helpful to know how your dog gets along with other dogs and to know what commands they do well with. Please let me know if there are any routines you stick to for your pet!
A typical day
I live within a block’s walking distance of the Katy Trail in Dallas and right next to Turtle Creek. My area is full of grass to sniff, dog owners, and lots of friendly dogs!
