My dog Boo had a great time with Rachel. Two walks a day and permission to lay on the bed—I’m sure he thought he was in heaven! She sent photos each day with sweet comments. I felt so relaxed about being away and I will definitely use her again!

We had Rachel watch our 2 dogs in our home over a long weekend. She sent pictures here and there and communication was fine. After the fact we noticed a yeti cooler (backpack cooler) and yeti cups missing but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought just maybe they were at my mother's place in another state, even though we thought it would have been weird for us to take them out of state and not bring them back. We didn't travel there for a few months but as we were packing up to go we also noticed that my North Face hiking backpack full of camelbak bladders for my and my children's hiking packs was also gone. The cooler and backpack were in the garage with our dog food which she was accessing 2x a day. No one else has access to our garage besides our family and this was the only sitter we've had since the items have gone missing. I reached out to Rachel via text asking if she happened to borrow anything, no response even though she was very communicative during the stay, then I reached out on the Rover app, and again no response---meanwhile she was on the app as she has stays booked/reviews for dates over the time period I reached out. I would not have her back as the lack of response, even on the app while she's clearly actively dog-sitting is extremely suspicious. Moreover, the fact that online profiles point to an interest in hiking, the outdoors, etc...all activities where these items would be used are posted.
