Pet care experience
I grew up with a family surrounded by several dogs. There has never been a time in my life I haven't had a dog, big or small. I have a 110 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback named Atlas that is the definition of a teddy bear. He is great with all types of animals (cats, puppies, other dogs) and he is very spoiled. I currently work from home, so I am around all day long to interact with dogs that I am watching. I have a small fenced in backyard, but I also live right next door to a park, so your dog will have lots of opportunities to interact with other dogs and get out some extra energy on the playground chasing the tennis ball. I usually walk to the park about 3 times a day.

Our dog Spooky loved staying with Rachel and her dog atlas. Rachel was great with updates and pictures and making sure he got plenty of exercise.
Callie and Dutch had a great time during their stay. Highly recommend Rachel if you need an overnight stay.
Rachel was great. Our dog was well cared for. Our dog Deeogee had stayed with her for about 4 days while we visited family out of state. We had no worries because she sent occasional messages with pictures of him having a great time. Her dog was very friendly and our dog loved having a friend. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a sitter. Our dog is part of our family and we are very particular about who we have take care of him. Rachel took great care of him and asked us about his habits and needs before we left. We can't thank her enough for the care she gave our dog.
Rachel took care of my dog Milo for months while I was busy traveling. She treated him like her own and took such good care of him. I would highly reccomend her to anyone.

A questionnaire will be sent after booking or completed in person during our meet and greet. Specifically, I would like to know the following items: 1. Are they off the leash trained? 2. What is their eating schedule? Amount and times? Are they territorial with food? 3. How do they sleep at night? Crate, dog bed, in the bed? 4. Any special instructions?
A typical day
At least two trips a day to the park next door. It is a big open grassed park, so if you're dog is off the leash trained, I would be happy to play fetch with them. If they are not able to be off the leash, I will take them on walks around the park and the lake.
