Hi there, thanks for stopping by! I'm currently a PhD student at UT in the Department of Psychology. I started dog sitting through Rover in 2018, though I’ve been dog sitting since I was a freshman in college. I grew up with a Miniature Schnauzer, Chloe, and two cats, Arty and Pepper, so I understand just how special animals are as members of your family! I have experience being around and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments – from Chihuahuas and Toy Aussies to Pitbulls, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and Alaskan Malamutes. I'm more than happy to cat sit, as well -- I've been around cats my whole life (from kittens to elderly cats).

I am so thankful Rachel was able to watch my pup for me on really short notice. She did a great job taking care of my pup and shared daily photos with me. Would absolutely ask her to watch my pup again and highly recommend her!
Rachel was great with the pups! So many pictures and great communication. House was very clean when we got home!
Rachel did such a great job with German Shepherd husky mix!! She sent so many pictures and asked great questions during our meet and greet. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Rachel did a great job taking care of our cat while we were out of town for three days. Rachel was super responsive during the scheduling process, was very professional during the meet & greet, and provided daily updates (with pictures!) during our absence. Best of all, our cat got along really well with Rachel and was happy as a clam when we returned from our weekend away. I am excited to book her for a future visit!

I'd love to take your dog to the dog park, on a hike, or a walk/run around your neighborhood! I'm also relatively new to Austin, so I'd love to take your pup on a walking adventure to explore new parts and parks around the city.
