My family has owned dogs since I was born. My family's beagle is the love of my life, and I have to dog sit her whenever my parents go out of town. I'm experienced in watching dogs, playing with them, and cleaning up after them. I've also had to take care of my own dog who had arthritis in his old age. He had to be carried up stairs and had to take pills for his heart disease. I am capable of dealing with both of these things. I've had experience playing with small shih tzus to full grown huskies, so the size of a dog does not intimidate me.
