I have owned and looked after dogs since I was 12 years old. My dogs have always been a core part of my family and I never loved seeing them at an overnight kennel. When I came across Rover, I felt super inclined to offer my loving services and home to your pets too. No pet should ever feel scared while their owners are away and it is my mission to ensure they don’t.

I couldn't be happier! Rachel had my dog, Mama, for a few nights. we did a meet and greet before and I felt very confident leaving my pup there! there's a huge back yard with plenty of room in the house. I will absolutely be using her services again! what a kind, animal loving human!
Rachel hosted my dog in her house for 3 nights. She was very nice and able to assist with the proper feeding & medication schedule. My dog was so happy and almost didn’t want to leave. I will be using her again when I go away

I care for pets with several walks, daily cleaning of the cat litter, daily cleaning of the dogs fenced in area, cuddling when needed and treats when being good. We have Ring cameras to constantly be watching the dogs if we are out of the house. We are also extremely flexible to any Pet Parents needs.

Please let me know if your dog has any medications, needs and is skittish around other dogs so I can limit bookings. To assure less anxiety, I will keep your pets separated from my own.
A typical day
I have almost an acre of land with a large 6 foot fence. I enjoy paying fetch, going to the hiking trail a mile down the road and walking our neighborhood.

I wake up daily at 4:30 AM and let the dogs out in the back yard and/or bring them on a walk several times up until I leave at 7:30-9 for work. My mom gets home from work at 4 and brings the dogs out. When I am home from work around 6, I let the dogs out and bring them for another walk. We schedule there food according to the pet parents needs. My mother is home all day on Saturday and Tuesday and I am home all day Sunday and Wednesday. This means only Monday, Thursday and Friday the dogs are alone for about 6-8 hours. We have Ring Cameras on the dogs at all times and typically the dogs are just sleeping in their crates or on our couches.
