My love for animals started when I was young since I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life. We’ve had a variety of different dog breeds over the years- Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Jack Russel Terrier and a Beagle. Each of these breeds has provided me with different experiences and allowed me to also learn some key personality traits amongst them. Our Jack Russel Terrier required specialized care when he was a senior- he was on a special diet with medications and needed to be kept on a strict routine. By helping take care of him I gained valuable experience for senior dogs and things to keep an eye on. Our Beagle has taught me all their sneaky tricks and how they could be amazing hunters and need their exercise. If you have a fenced in back yard I'd be happy to help your dog(s) get lots of exercise and play fetch. I have pet sit for about 8 years and I have handled a variety of dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. If you were to request for me to take care of your pet I would propose a meet and greet so I can meet you and your furry friend. I also would take this time to learn everything I need to know so I can best take care of your pet’s needs while you’re away. During any visit I have with your pet I will take pictures and send them to you with an update and how they are doing so you can know that your pet is doing well! A little about me, I am a full time ESOL teacher. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family and being outdoors. I am fully vaccinated and I have received my booster as well! I currently work as a full time teacher but I am able to leave my job around 4 pm most days. I also have weekends and holidays off so it gives me lots of flexibility. I will text you during the visit with photos and an update of how your pet is doing. If you are out of town for awhile I am more than happy to also bring in mail/packages.
