We are a husband and wife team who would love to pamper your furry friend! We're experienced, passionate and are the proud parents of a 6-year-old miniature pinscher, Roxy! We can't wait to meet you and your dog! Before our pet sitting adventure began, I volunteered in animal shelters & worked both as a professional dog walker & cat nanny, while we both have had dogs at home our whole lives. Aside from pet sitting, you can find us cycling or playing music :) Your dog will feel at ease in our home, which we like to call The Oasis. They will LOVE the soothing environment, playtime in our cozy apartment, complimentary treats, and all the attention they'll be getting :) You may be the one traveling, but your pup will be on vacation, too! So friendly and accommodating! We didn't have much cell reception on our vacation but when we reached out Rachel sent so many pictures of our dog smiling! They we're awesome about letting us drop him off early in the AM and coordinating with one of our friends to pick him off. Definitely recommend!!
Rachel and Bret were amazing with our puppy, Winnie! We needed someone last minute and responded right away and took great care of our fur baby! Winnie has a blast ??

Required for Boarding: Prior to meeting you & your pup, please let us know the following information so that we can determine if a stay with us would be a good fit: 1. Have you used Rover or another dog sitter before? If not, where does your dog usually stay while you are away? 2. How well does your dog get along other dogs? 3. Does your dog get anxious at all when you leave him/her? If so, what are some methods you like to use to soothe her or his anxiety? 4. Does your dog have any health issues or special needs? 5. Please provide current vet info: 6. What are your estimated pickup & dropoff times? Please keep in mind, we do NOT accept stays that aren't booked through Rover.
A typical day
We take the pups on three 20-60 minute (depending on the weather & the dog's needs) walks each day and can provide additional potty breaks, if needed. Please let us know what your dog is accustomed to :) In the warmer months, we enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors and even bring the pups along for ice cream or puppacinos :) (We will clear any outings with you first, of course :) Indoors, the dogs LOVE to run around the apartment and play with a variety of toys we have, or just lounging around in one of the many cozy spots :)
