Rachel is an amazing woman, she herself has three dogs that she would do anything for, she takes outstanding care of them, they’re always happy, well fed, and groomed well, and she is responsible with them. She loves her dogs as if they were her children, and she loves dogs with a passion. Even my dog Delilah absolutely loved Rachel from the moment they met, which is uncommon for my dog, she normally has to get to know someone before she warms up to them. Rachel is loving, and kind, and definitely gentle. I think she would be perfect for Rover, and that she would be an asset. She’s more than qualified, both in personality, and responsibility.
