Pet care experience
I am a stay at home mom who's always loved all animals. As a little girl I wanted to be a vet when I grew up. I volunteered at the humane society when I was 13 for a couple years and at the age of 15 I got my dream job working at a vet's office. I worked there for 10 years and 5 of those years I was trained on the job to be a Vet Tech. I currently stay home with my 3 children and our 2 dogs. My dogs are very friendly pitbull mixes, they have best friends that are a Pomeranian and a golden retriever. We have a 2 acre home lot and sidewalks to take nice walks on. I am very flexible during the mornings and weekends. We are an active, animal loving family!

She was very good and did everything right and tried very diligently, unfortunately my dog was to stupid to cooperate with her. If she's willing to give this stubborn Dachshund another try I'd certainly call her again the next time i need drop in visits..
This was my first experience with my new puppy of 8 months. I was very nervous dropping her off for the first time. I met Rachel her husband and two dogs at a meet and greet ahead of the sitting date. That helped calm my reservations. After dropping her off I was nervous once again but from that time on Rachel calmed my nerves with pictures and communications as to how Kona was doing. Rachel took great care of my little baby. I was afraid she wouldnt want to come home with me when I picked her up. Not the case. What a great first experience with Rover.com. I plan on using Rachel in the future when I need a sitter. Thank you Rachel for taking care of my little Kona...?
I was very happy with Rachel S. and her family. They were very good with my "nervous nelly" dog Smokey" She can be a lot to handle because of her rain storm anxiety but she said she settled in a nice quiet spot and was just fine, Thanks again for your time with her.
I have known Rachel for 10 years. She is very caring person. She has worked with animals in the past and is knowledgeable in animal behavior, specifically dogs. She has 2 dogs and 2 cats of her own that are very sweet fur babies! I would trust Rachel to care for my dog in any capacity.
