Pet care experience
I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and energy levels. I provide plenty of one-on-one attention and will strictly follow any special requests left by the owners. I currently have a ten-year-old terrier mix who loves to go hiking in the forest and run around the dog park. Before, I had a shar-pei who lived to be sixteen years old. Through him I was able to learn how to care for senior dogs- he had arthritis and kidney disease and required medication three times a day. I live in a spacious townhouse very close to some really nice places to walk. Your dog would be very peaceful out here!

Rachel was wonderful with my dogs! Her house is spacious with a lot of land so the dogs have a lot of space and get plenty exercise. And they’re allowed on furniture! Which is dog proofed. One of my dogs required medicine and Rachel was able to administer my dogs pills 2x daily. I also got picture updates daily and Rachel was at home for the majority of their stay at her house.
Rachel was great with my dog, Lexi! I felt very comfortable leaving her in her care. She was available last minute and even sent ‘pupdates’ on how Lexi was doing. I will definitely call her again!
Rachel is amazing with animals! She's always been very good with dogs and has always loved caring for her own dogs. She has watched my pets for me while I've been away and they adore spending time with her.

I normally take my own dog outside for potty breaks every few hours, and we take at least two 10-15 minute walks every day as well. If the weather is nice, we can hang out on the patio or head to a trail for some more time outdoors! I’ll feed your dog according to your instructions. My home is free of any hazards to your dog. I only use nontoxic cleaning products inside the home, all trash cans have lids, and there are no dangerous items left about for your dog to potentially encounter. I do have plants inside the house, which can all be moved out of reach if your dog has a habit of eating house plants.

Availability
I work in the airline industry, and I normally work 3-4 days a week and then stay home the rest of the time. I keep my schedule updated each month, so any days I have listed available are days where I don’t have to work at all. I love going hiking on my days off and would love to take your dog out for adventures as well!
