I grew up on a farm taking care all kinds of animals. I have also worked as a veterinary nurse for about 4 years, so I have experience with sick pets, giving medications, knowledge of medical issues, training and animal behavior, pets of all sizes and ages, grooming, etc. I have been pet sitting and house sitting for wonderful pet owners in my community for about 6 years.

I have a very large fenced in backyard, free of harmful garbage and debris. When I let the pets outside whether at my home or your home, I am always with them and monitoring them. I also usually have a tasty snack handy in case I need to get their attention. Exercise is very important, I love to take walks/hikes and plan to do so with any pet I am caring for (depending on their mobility/ability).

Let me know if your pet has any specific dietary needs, medical requirements, issues with certain things, etc. I have a lot of experience working in veterinary medicine as a nurse, so I am comfortable doing all the usual chores/necessities your pet needs to feel most at home while they're mom/dad is away.
A typical day
I love to go on walks/hikes with any dog I am caring for (depending on age/ability). Playing fetch and basic training in the backyard are fun also! If you are comfortable with me taking your pet in the car, I would love to bring them for a ride and grab a doggy treat! If the weather is nice, the beach is an awesome place to run and swim as well!
