Rachel is fantastic! She went out of her way to accommodate our request for a meet and greet with our dog and quick tour of our home before our scheduled drop-in visits. We all instantly took a liking to her - friendly and very warm personality. Millie, our dog, was immediately at ease and did great with Rachel during her visits. Rachel's communication was prompt and thorough. We'll definitely be booking with her again.
