Pet care experience
Degree from Otterbein University in Zoology and around 10+ years of experience working with animals, from feeding, cleaning, training, administering medicines, and more! I have volunteered at various shelters and worked for Pet Supplies Plus and the Columbus Zoo. Currently work from home full time for Nationwide Financial, spending all day with my dog Mabel. I rescued Mabel when she was two years old about 4 years ago and purchased my home so she has a yard she can run around it. We love spending as much time as we can outside. We have other small and large size animal family members, so no animal scares me!

Rachel has watched my dog on several occasions and they always have a great time! She's great at sending pictures and you can tell she loves animals and loves to spend time with them. Gracie is always so excited to see her!
Rachel LOVES animals, especially dogs. It doesn't matter if they are large or small, she will love all over them, smother them with hugs and kisses, cuddle with them, play with them, and be the happiest doing it!! She actually loves our mastiff and can't wait until she can get a large dog of her own.

I have a fenced yard currently, but we go on walks often and Mabel was crate trained when I first got her. I am aware owners have their own living arrangements and I’m open to whatever patterns are already in place or looking to be established.

I don’t believe in aggressive breeds, so all breeds are welcome, however, I would like to know if any aggressive behavior in the past has happened with other dogs or people.
A typical day
Currently I enjoy going to Alum Creek Trail or Metro Parks for walks, and if possible, love playing catch. I typically shy away from dog parks, due to the unknown of other dogs.

I currently work full time and Mabel unfortunately struggles with new friends, so I am only available after 5pm during the week and anytime on the weekends for walks or day visits.
