2020 and I need more dog snuggles!
Pet care experience
I am a dog owner but my dog is unable to go on walks anymore because of his old age. I’m looking for some dogs to join me on my walks! I would love to get out and take dogs on walks since I have lost my job due to the pandemic and currently I am home full time. Looking for something to fill my time as well as make a little money while I search for a new job. I currently have two dogs and two cats. I have experience with all types of dogs. My dogs are an 80+ lb pit mix and a 21 lb corgi, I would be able to walk any dog that is smaller than my 80 lb dog. I am not a large person so he about my weight limit unless the dog is good on the leash. We are also looking to board and do daycare for dogs! We would love to have a little socialization for our puppy during this time and help out whoever needs a pet sitter. Rachel is just amazing! Our pup has a TON of energy and Rachel doesn’t miss a beat- she brings her dog for pack walks and takes our Luna on runs in our neighborhood. Luna’s behavior and appetite have improved so much since we started working with Rachel. We highly recommend her.
Rachel is a truly dedicated dog lover! She has taken great care of my spirited herd dog, Nutmeg, whenever I go out of town. She always sends lots of updates with pictures so I can keep up with what she’s doing. Her dogs are great playmates for Nutmeg, too, and keep her active and socialized. If you’re looking for a truly caring, kind, and knowledgeable dog sitter, she’s the one for you. Not mention, she’s a runner and can keep up with walking or running any energetic pup.
I've known Rachel for many years and can attest that she's mature, reliable and takes her responsibilities seriously. I trust her with my furry friends whenever I have to travel. Also, as I am heading back into the classroom as a teacher I will be relying on her to walk/play with my dog a few times a week. He's become way too used to me being home since March. Mack loves Rachel and her sidekick, Clover.
