When I was 17 years old my family had a dog named Doug. No one, and I mean no one, could get Doug to behave. He was rough, rowdy, and rambunctious. We didn't know what to do, so as a last-ditch effort we sent Doug to Rachel for counseling. After 3 meetings Rachel unearthed Doug's deep-seated trauma from his previous owner. Doug was diagnosed with PTSD from his time in the kennel and suffered from chronic depression after attending a Sarah McClaughin concert. Rachel took a hands-on approach to curing Dougs ailment. In addition to a doggy dose of Zoloft, Rachel prescribed a large dose of love for Doug. Her caring and hands-on practical knowledge have cured Doug of his rough and rambunctious ways. Though Doug is still a little rowdy, thanks to Rachel, he is rowdy and loveable.

Ms. Rosen was exceptional taking care of my puppy Maverick when I needed it. I will definitely be leaning on her for my new puppy Toa coming soon!
