I am not quite happy for This boarding with Rachel for few reasons. First, as soon as I picked my dog up, I found a huge nip on his left eye. I tried to take it away, but it was so thick and solid. So i had to use 5 wet tissues to eliminate it. Then I found his left eye was quite red. I was not sure what hppened on his eyes, but he seemed be bothered with it. Then i found quite bunch of poop debris on his hip. It seems like Rachel didnt take care of him after poop. Last day, I found there was no one in Rachel’s home for almost 7 hours, which means there was no breaks for Scout for 7 hours. The reason why I gave two stars is that my trip schedule got changed due to the flight cancelled and Rachel accomodated two more nights flexible. I will not recommend Rachel for the boarding for the lack of good care.

Rachel is very responsive and provides tons of pictures during the stay. She treated him like her own. Pico was very well taken care of and will be using Rachel again!
