LOVE 24/7 - FENCED YARD TO PLAY IN

Pet care experience

Your furbaby/furbabies' stay is the equivalent of choosing a nanny and/or a family home daycare center for a human child, where the number of dogs in the home is restricted to 2 resident dogs and a maximum of 2 guest dogs (from the same family or different families) in order to guarantee individualized care and dedicated attention for each and every resident dog and guest dog staying in the home. At times, there may be an overlap in the drop off and pick up times of guests, as well as the scheduling of meet & greets. Meet & Greets for new clients are mandatory prior to booking your first stay in order to be sure that we are the right fit for one another. AMENITIES Your furbaby/furbabies will receive the following amenities as part of their daycare/boarding fee: 1) care from individuals who have received FIRST AID and CPR from PetTech for pets 2) safe and secure home setting (ADT Security System with Fire and Carbon Monoxide monitoring, 4 ADT Security outdoor video cameras, and a Ring Video Doorbell) 3) 4 and 6 foot fenced in yards with double gate entry/exit systems in order to keep guests safe and secure 4) photo and/or video daily updates 5) individualized attention and care 6) 24/7 access to filtered fresh water fountains 7) morning and evening meals (feeding schedules can be flexible to accommodate the pet parent's regular feeding schedule) (food is pet parent provided-individual use only) 8) treats (treats are pet parent provided-individual use only) 9) oral and topical medications administered (prescription and nonprescription mediation must be in original packaging with vet's instructions) (pet parent provided-individual use only) 10) coat brushed daily (brush is pet parent provided-individual use only) 11) ears cleaned (ear cleaning solution pet parent provided-individual use only) 12) teeth brushed daily (small dog toothbrush and dog safe toothpaste are pet parent provided-individual use only) 13) daily massage 14) individual playtime 15) group playtime 16) dog-themed movies/videos 17) calming music 18) cage-free boarding (crates, pens, or a separate room will be used on the rare occasion someone is not available to provide direct supervision OR unless requested by the pet parent as part of a regular schedule OR in case of emergency) 19) bed (pet parent provided-individual use only) 20) blanket (pet parent provided-individual use only) 21) toys (pet parent provided - individual play only)

Rachel is AMAZING! Our little guy, Nigel spent 9 days with her & her furbabies during our anniversary trip to Mexico. This was our longest trip away from him, but Rachel sent us daily pics & videos. Nigel made himself right at home & had such a great time playing with his newfound friends. I can't recommend her highly enough.

My husband and I had a ski trip planned and needed a sitter for our dog Winston. We've used very nice kennels before but we really wanted a more homey atmosphere with a lot of individual attention. We found that and more with Rachel (Rover.com). She had the perfect home arrangement for Winstin to be comfortable and part of her family. Rachel emailed us pictures and updates of Winston daily. She even made a special shopping trip to get food for Winston because of a health issue that presented itself while Winston was with Rachel. If you want tender loving care in a home setting for your pet Rover.con and Rachel are the very best!

Rachel has taken excellent care of our dogs several times. we will always use her when we are away and feel confident our dogs are loved and cared for. Rachel is a real animal person and it shows and she is someone you can trust in your home. we have given her the key to our house. we have had other sitters and she is by far the best one.
