Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Rachel. I’ve been a dog lover all of my life, and have a sweet girl of my own. I enjoy doing Rover on the side, and I’m happy to take care of your sweet pups while you’re away! I can do walks, runs, or hikes with your pup - your preference! My schedule can be flexible as I do work remotely. I do have a dog of my own and will never bring them into your home to interact with your dog in abundance of caution. Likewise, I will never bring your dog to my home or take them on car rides unless necessary. I prefer to use a leash whenever possible unless I have confidence from the owner that your dog can be trusted off leash. I also will avoid other dogs when outside the home, again out of an abundance of caution.

Rachel was awesome with our 3 dogs & 2 cats! Sent pictures everyday & notes. The pets loved her & didn't have time to miss us as she took them out walking 3 times everyday!
Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and 2 parakeets. We hadn't left our dog before and were a little worried about how he'd do. Rachel sent us notes and pictures daily. It was great to see that our dog was doing well! We returned home to happy pets and a very clean house! You wouldn't even know she spent almost a week here! We will definitely use Rachel again.

A typical day
I can adapt to whatever activities your dog requires! I typically run or hike daily, so I can take your dog along, or just take he or she for a walk if they aren’t as active. We can also play fetch to run off that extra energy!
