I have always been a dog person, as long as I can remember. I have been adopted by a few different breeds, mostly Huskies, Shelties, Australian Shepherds, Chihuahuas, and Beagles. I have experience with house sitting large dogs up to about 80 lbs all the way down to toy sized dogs. I believe that dogs are less stressed being cared for in familiar surroundings like their home. I like to meet dogs and get to know their personality before committing to long term care. I understand the extra care dogs need while they are pregnant and when there are young puppies in the home as a former hobby breeder of Siberian Huskies.
