Rachel is a sweetheart. She engaged with my 2 large dogs and came and did a paid walk prior to my vacation. The dogs are happy, healthy, and relaxed. I would have her take care of my pups again. Thank you, Rachel!!

Rachel has a good rapport with dogs, is very punctual and is an attentive listener. Rachel had agreed to sit Wilbur for two days during Thanksgiving several weeks beforehand. Between then and Thanksgiving, Wilbur was very unexpectedly diagnosed with advanced, untreatable lung cancer and given a short time to live. This obviously changed the nature of Rachel's dog-sitting duties (it was possible he wouldn't even survive until Thanksgiving) and I gave Rachel several opportunities to back out of the job but she stuck to her commitment. While Wilbur had been steadily declining, he was in relatively good shape when Rachel began watching him on Wednesday. He stayed this way until Thursday evening when, alas, he hit the wall and became non-ambulatory and non-responsive. Rachel handled this worst-case situation as well as possible, calling me for direction and doing everything possible to comfort Wilbur in his final hours. I was very impressed by and grateful for the way that Rachel handled this very difficult situation. I highly recommend Rachel as a dog sitter.
