Pet care experience
I’ve worked at a dog boarding and grooming establishment for over 3 years now. I also used to work part time as an overnight associate at a doggy daycare in Calabasas in which we use to accompany and accommodate up to 100 dogs a day. Not to mention I’ve had a lot experience through my adolescence. I did walking and daycare for neighbors as a child. I love working with dogs it’s the best feeling ever. I wouldnt change anything. All the dogs I come encounter with are like my best friends. There is no better Bestfriend in my opion. Knowing your pet is safe and in a comfortable home environment. Their personal home away from home. I do provide baths and nail trim accommodations no additional charge

Unfortunately I have to leave this review because Rachel had completely missed the drop off time we had scheduled. We had arranged for my dog to be dropped off at her residence at 8:00am on a Friday, but when I arrived I could not get ahold of her and her phone would go straight to voicemail. I was going on a trip that weekend so I couldn't wait all day for a response and had to frantically find a last minute sitter for my pup. It took until 11:56 that day for her to reply back, where she stated that there was a power outage and it messed up her alarm. I found this to be a completely unacceptable excuse and very irresponsible considering she knew she had an appointment that day and could have charged her phone accordingly. I know mistakes happen but in this instance she completely dropped the ball and almost ruined my vacation.
Diesel loves Rachel! Moving from FL I always worried about a dog sitter but she made everything feel okay. She always responds and quick. Super reliable.
Rachel was so Great with My new puppy Zola, I’m so Grateful for her. She gave me update through out the day and Zola I believe really loved hanging out with her. Thanks again Rachel I’m sure Zola and I will see you soon.
Wonderful, she took care of our lil guy and sent us updates regularly. So happy to have found Rachel.
