💕 Hi there - I'm a lifelong cat lady who adores dogs! I lived with my senior kitty until he passed late 2022 and now it's just me myself and I in a roomy Central Seattle apartment. Over the past 4 years I have become the go-to dog sitter for friends, family and their referrals who want someone they can really trust to take care of their babies. I regularly walk and sit my brother's 2 dogs - one medium-sized and one large. Both are rescues with specific idiosyncrasies and needs which I'm at ease with. Put shortly, I'm their favorite human other than their parents!

Rachel was excellent! This was our first time boarding our dogs and we were so pleased with our experience. Rachel sent multiple updates with photos throughout the day. We could easily tell how comfortable the dogs were in her home. We definitely plan on booking with her for future trips.

Rachel was amazing! We were TERRIFIED of leaving our big sensitive girl alone with a stranger for almost a week, but Rachel made sure that we felt comfy all the way through. We got photos and videos every day, and updates on our pup's mood and activities. We'll 100% trust Rachel with our fur baby again.
Rachel is terrific! Our minds were at ease with her dogsitting Montee. By the third day, he was pulling to her door excited for doggie daycare. She was very communicative and accommodating to our schedules. We'd book with her again.

🐶 I look after any pet as if they were my own - showering them with attention, cuddles and making sure all their needs are tended to. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where your fur babies can unwind, relax and feel safe I have lots of amenities! For both dogs + cats: step stairs for bed access, an electric stainless steel filtered water fountain, pet mats and stainless steel feeding bowls. For cats: a tidy cats breeze litter box system, a litter genie and tons of toys. For dogs: a variety of toys, towels and wet wipes for cleaning fur and paws after walks 🐾. ✅ I'm happy to set up a local meet and greet free of charge. I'm also open to go on a practice walk or an additional meet and greet with dogs who may be reactionary, need special attention or have special needs for $20.

Great to know their typical feeding, potty and walk (frequency, length) schedules and if they have any quirks/idiosyncrasies or preferences etc. ✔️Are they ok at the dog park? Around kids? Are they ok to go on a challenging hike or go for a swim? What are their favorite activities? Can they have a taste of human food? The more detail the better!
A typical day
I'm quite adventurous and love to take dogs along! Hikes, runs, lake walks, snowshoeing - you name it! I love taking extra long walks around the neighborhood and going to the dog park to play. I also play indoors with available toys and have all the time in the world for cuddles and pets.

I'm a local real estate agent with a flexible schedule 🌟. I mostly work from home unless I am out showing homes usually for no more than 2-4hrs. I have taken care of dogs and cats easily with my work schedule thus far. I also love having doggies hop in my car and ride around with me if they're up for it!
